Meet & Greet on our arrival at Bagdogra airport and drive to Gangtok (Alt.5550Ft/1675M). The picturesque Teesta follows you all the way.On arrival, check in to hotel. You could stroll about the neighborhood or shop at MG Marg in the evening.

After breakfast , start for a full day trip to –
Tsomgo Lake (12400ft), which is only 32 kms from Gangtok City, the Lake is almost about 1Km long, oval in shape and 15 mtrs deep. The Lake is considered sacred by the local people. 12 kms further visit the New Baba Harvajan Singh Mandir. believed to have wish-fulfilling powers. On every Sundays the temple provides free meals to the visitors.
Nathula Pass, was a major corridor of passage between India and Tibet before it was closed in 1962. Located around 56 kms from Gangtok at an altitude of 14450 ft, the road to Nathula, one of the highest motorable roads, passes through the Tsomgo lake. On a clear day you can even see the road winding down the Chumbi valley.
Note: Nathula Pass visit will be on direct payment basis as because it depends on availability of permit from army and weather & road Condition. This is the only part which is not operated by Ministry of Sikkim Tourism.

Gonjang Monastery : Gonjang Monastery near Tashi View Point was established in the year 1981. The founder is H.E. Tingkye Gonjang Rimpoche. He was recognised as an incarnation of Yolmo Terton Ngakchang Shakya Zangpo, a 15th century Nyingmapa Terton. The monastery follows Jangter tradition of Nyingmapa school of Tibetan Buddhism.

Around the Chorten, there are 108 Mani Lhakor (Prayer Wheels).

Holiday) in such cases alternative sightseeing will be shown The most prestigious research institute of its kind in the world, NIT is a treasure of vast collection of rare Lepcha, Tibetan and Sanskrit manuscripts, statues and rare Thankas (colourful tapestries used in Buddhist liturgy). Hur Huray Dara the Nam Nang view point : Provides a panoramic view of the lush forests and the vibrant green valley.
White Memorial Hall : a typical british structure constructed in 1932 in memory of Claude White
Flower Show Hall : a popular permanent exhibition of Sikkims diverse flowering fauna, located near the White Hall.

One of the best things to do in pelling is make a visit at Pemayangtse Monastery. Witnessing on the story of 17th century Buddhist traditional architecture. This place is a treasure of Buddhist art & sculpture including the model of Guru Rinpoche. You can watch monks pray with traditional instruments and soothing praise.
If water is coming from mountain directly, then this is the most purest form of Nature. On the way to Yuksom you shall get the sheer beauty of Mighty kanchenjunga Waterfalls. This immortal waterfall is getting utmost power in monsoons. However, this is a must visit place in Peling local sightseeing.
Before you think just make a warm wish for your near & dear one to fulfill once in a lifetime in this holy lake. Mythology is telling us that the birds don’t allow any leaves to fall on the lake. Although this is a small paradise for Photographer & Bird Explorer. Try to attend “Maghe Purne Festival” clebrated on April by floating diyas & offering food.
Just make small walk from Pemayangtse Monastery you shall get a mountaineer place which is covered with thick woods & lakes. This place in known as Rabdentse Ruins but now in ruins. However, this place has a national importance which is announced by Archaeological Survey of India. The Ruins are open through week in daylight from 6 a.m to 6 p.m . There are three stones are witnessing the ancient Maharaja time of Sikkim,when the capital was Yuksom.
This is highest bridge in Sikkim. An artificial wonder of Civil Engineering which is marvelous tourist attractions. You shall get this on the way of Kaluk. Sky Walk Pelling is a must visit tourist attraction in Sikkim. It helps you get a glorious view of Kanchenjunga and other peaks. The place is clean and well maintained. When we visited, a small section of it was closed for maintenance. The visitors must also conduct themselves according to the instructions. Huge size beautiful Lord Buddha statue at a very high altitude with many stairs to reach which is difficult for senior citizens.
